Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• BolterX — refers to the BolterX trading platform and its parent company operating the affiliate program.
• "Affiliate" / "Partner" — any individual or entity approved to participate in the BolterX Affiliate Program.
• Trader — any user who registers on the BolterX trading platform through an Affiliate's referral link.
• Referral Link — a unique tracking URL assigned to an Affiliate used to refer new Traders.
• FTD (First Time Deposit) — the first confirmed deposit made by a referred Trader on the BolterX platform.
• Revenue Share — a commission model where the Affiliate earns a percentage of the broker's net revenue from a referred Trader's closed trades.
• Turnover Share — a commission model where the Affiliate earns a percentage of the total trading volume (stake amounts) generated by referred Traders.
• Commission — any payment earned by the Affiliate under the Revenue Share or Turnover Share programs.
• Dashboard — the affiliate management panel at the BolterX affiliate web application where Affiliates track performance and manage links.
• Affiliate Level — the tier assigned to an Affiliate based on their FTD count, which determines commission rates.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• You must register a valid account on the BolterX platform with a verified email address.
• You must apply for the affiliate program through the Dashboard.
• Affiliate accounts require administrative approval before activation.
• BolterX reserves the right to reject any affiliate application without providing a reason.
• One affiliate account per person/entity. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
• Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration.

• BolterX offers two commission models: Revenue Share and Turnover Share.
• Affiliates may create multiple referral links, each designated as either Revenue or Turnover type.
• A Trader who registers through a Revenue link generates only revenue-based commissions for the Affiliate.
• A Trader who registers through a Turnover link generates only turnover-based commissions for the Affiliate.
• Traders who register without a referral link are considered direct users and do not generate any affiliate commissions.
• The referral link must be active and the Affiliate account must be in "approved" status for referrals to be tracked.

Affiliate commission rates are determined by the Affiliate Level, which is based on the FTD count of referred Traders:

• Affiliate levels are automatically calculated based on the current FTD count.
• Level upgrades are applied immediately upon reaching the required FTD threshold.
• Level downgrades may occur if FTD counts are adjusted due to fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
• BolterX reserves the right to modify commission rates and level thresholds with 30 days' prior written notice.

• Referral attribution is established when a Trader completes registration using a valid, active referral link.
• The referral is permanently locked to the Affiliate at the time of registration.
• Click tracking is recorded for analytical purposes but does not guarantee referral attribution.
• If a Trader registers without using a referral link, no affiliate relationship is created, even if the Trader previously clicked a referral link.
• Affiliates may not attempt to manipulate referral attribution through cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or any other deceptive technique.

• Commission events are initially created with a "pending" status.
• Pending commissions are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or held for further verification.
• Approved commissions are eligible for payout.
• Payout schedule: weekly (subject to change with notice).
• BolterX supports multiple payout methods including but not limited to: bank transfer, USDT (Tether), and Perfect Money.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• BolterX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.
• All commissions are paid in USD unless otherwise agreed.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings.
• BolterX reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspicious activity.

• BolterX may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• Upon suspension, all affiliate links are immediately deactivated.
• Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to fraud or policy violation.
• Affiliates may voluntarily terminate their participation by contacting support.
• BolterX may suspend an Affiliate account during investigation of suspicious activity. The Affiliate will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.
• Repeated violations will result in permanent ban from the program.

• BolterX grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use BolterX branding materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.
• Affiliates must not modify, distort, or alter BolterX logos or trademarks.
• All marketing materials provided by BolterX remain the property of BolterX.
• Affiliates must not create landing pages or websites that could be confused with official BolterX properties.
• BolterX reserves the right to revoke branding usage rights at any time.

• BolterX provides the affiliate program "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• BolterX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
• BolterX's total liability to any Affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the preceding 12 months.
• BolterX is not responsible for platform downtime, technical errors in tracking, or temporary service interruptions, though it will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
• Affiliates acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and that commission earnings may fluctuate, including negative adjustments under the Revenue Share model.

• BolterX collects and processes Affiliate personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Affiliate data collected includes: name, email, payment details, IP address, and performance metrics.
• Affiliates must not collect, store, or process personal data of referred Traders except through BolterX-provided tools and dashboards.
• Click tracking data (IP address, user agent, referrer) is collected for fraud prevention and attribution purposes.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction, including GDPR where applicable.

• BolterX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email and/or Dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
• Changes to commission rates or level thresholds require 30 days' notice.
• Continued participation in the program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
• If an Affiliate disagrees with the changes, they may terminate their participation before the effective date.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law.
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
• The language of arbitration shall be English.
• Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
